To ensure absolute security, all audio and video files you upload are processed entirely in-memory. They are never written to disk or saved permanently on our servers, and they are immediately deleted after the transcription is complete.
Information We Collect
We only collect essential account details such as your name and email address when you register. The resulting transcribed text is saved securely in your history for 10 days for your convenience, and you can delete it manually at any time.
AI Processing Partners
We utilize advanced AI models to transcribe and summarize your files. Media data is sent securely solely for real-time processing and is not used by us or any third parties to train AI models.
Data Retention & Security
Your password is encrypted securely using Supabase. We implement strict technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal details against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Cookies & Service Limits
We use cookies to maintain your login session. We also track rate limits using Upstash Redis to prevent system abuse and ensure stable, high-performance service for all users.
